Big, solid 5’10’’, 175 pound frame. Hits from a balanced, slightly open stance at the plate. Short, quick, level swing path with some strength and power present. Stays on the ball well through contact. Cuts finish and lower half rotation off slightly. Recorded a 72 mph exit velocity and ran a 5.52 home-to-first time. Gained ground on throws to second base but was a bit inconsistent with accuracy. Showed clean exchanges and threw with short arm action from a mid three-quarter slot at 63 mph. Pop times ranged 2.28 - 2.44. Gets body low to the ground receiving and sticks the ball well.
