8/18/20

5-foot-8, 130-pound left-handed hitting middle infielder. He ran a 6.91 sixty at the event. The approach in the infield is solid as the feet work deliberately through the baseball. The hands are soft and he threw 72 mph across the diamond at the workout. The bat has an exit velocity of 83 mph. Teh setup is even in base and the front foot gains ground to the baseball as the swing is produced. The hands work free and clean to the ball, using a 2-handed finish after contact with the baseball. He is a good athlete with versatility.

The 5-foot-7, 125 pound left-handed hitting infielder/outfielder had a tee exit velocity of 75 mph. The stance is balanced and slightly open. The hands are quiet and set in a good spot. The load is simple and gets him into a strong position to hit. The bat path is flat and stays in the zone through contact. He also ran a 7.3 sixty at the event. In the infield, he was 67 mph across the diamond.  The feet are active pre-pitch and gets into the ready position in time.  As he moves toward the ball, he works to get a good angle and sets the feet into a balanced fielding position.  Moving left and right he does a good job of creating a good angle and the glove is soft.  Once he fields the ball, he works nicely through the ball and extends through the target. In the outfield, he was 68 mph to the plate.  The feet do a good job of adjusting to get into a balanced and athletic position to field.  The glove is soft and he creates space to field the ball.  As he makes the catch, he controls the ball and transitions into a good throwing position.  The arm swing is clean and in line with the target.
