Carson Anthes: RHP/1B, (2025) Cass City Jr/Sr, MI. 6-foot-5, 205-pound. (59.2 mph bat speed average). (19.8 mph hand speed average). Began in a wide athletic stance with an arm bar load, then used a long stride. Found some barrels with some loud contact. Projectable solid while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 78 mph; had a natural exchange, developing footwork, and consistent hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were average. Projectable on the mound, showed good arm speed with a ¾ arm angle and a compact arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses decent effort. Displays even shoulders with an consistent balance point. Lands square with upright finish. (Max spin 2226; Avg 2087).
