2017 Super 60- Missouri State recruit. 6-foot-3, 220-pound right-handed hitting catcher, strong, sturdy frame, mature overall build. Defensively, shows directional footwork, quick glove-to-hand transfer and release, short arm action, average arm strength, 77 mph from the crouch. Pop times ranged between 1.98-2.08. Offensively, hits from balanced setup, relaxed hands, smooth load, drifts to contact, average bat speed, flashed power potential. Registered 95 mph exit velocity, and measured second-best at Diamond Kinetics swing station in Distance in the Zone (38.4 inches). Also ran a 7.54 laser-timed 60.
