Daniel Sarmiento: LHP, (2022) out of Bridgton Academy, NH. is a 6-foot, 180-pound left handed pitching prospect. On the mound, Sarmiento uses a short, quick, high ¾ arm slot. The delivery is up-tempo getting to a consistent balance point, with the shoulders in line. He lands closed with an athletic finish. The fastball sit 80-82 MPH (Max spin 1959; Avg 1587), with some late arm side run. He also showed a  sweeping curveball (65-66 MPH)(Max spin 1877; Avg 1760) and a changeup (74-75 MPH) with fading action. 

6-foot, 180-pound, strong, solid, durable pitchers frame. Well proportioned, showing strength throughout. A left-handed pitcher, quick tempo delivery, lift is athletic with coil to it. Direction is inline, shorter stride, lands on toes, could stay back a tick longer. The separation is inline, glove side is thrown to plate, tight to body and inline on release of baseball. The arm action is clean, working out of a natural 3/4 slot. The fastball sat at 83 mph, with arm side run, creating a ton of weak contact, ground balls. The breaking ball, has velocity to it, up to 71 mph, more slurve break, with depth, a swing and miss offering. The changeup is thrown for strikes, fade action to it, clocked at 70-71 mph. Good pitch-ability, high follow.
