6-foot-2, 190-pound left-handed hitting outfielder and pitcher. Defensively, threw 80 mph from the outfield, moved well and can really get after the ball in the outfield. Legit athlete on the field. Threw 78 mph across the diamond from first base as he moves well around the bag. Would be an athletic first baseman to say the least. Ran a 4.5 down the line on his dig to first base in batting practice. Watching him move in the game leads me to believe he is a better runner than that. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 90 mph. Starts with his feet even, picks up and puts down the front foot as the ball approaches. Small glide to the ball of his center of gravity as he initiates the swing. Needs to stay above the ball at contact, barrel is underneath at times. On the mound, fastball touched 81 mph with left-handed run to it. The spin pitch was 72, showing a good shape to the pitch. Arm slot is slightly above ¾, athletic lift and stop at the the top. Glove side comes at the hitter and then he delivers the ball. Deception and life to his pitches are there. Does come off track as he makes his way into foot strike, interesting athlete.
