Jack Dever: 2B/RHP, (2025) Exeter, NH. 5-foot-9, 165-pound athletic lean frame. Capable during batting practice, the right-handed hitter's best exit velocity was 90 mph. (64.2 mph bat speed average). (20.3 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced athletic stance with a high load, then used a short stride. Bat speed is developing, displays an uphill loose swing plane and high finish. Through his round he found some barrels with some loud contact. Line drive approach. Capable on the mound, showing developing arm speed he had an over-the-top arm angle and a consistent arm action. Feel type pitcher and showed some effort. Showed consistent balance point and in line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. (21.7 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced athletic stance with a small load, then uses a small leg kick. Had developing bat speed, uphill loose swing plane and a back foot finish. Was able to create loud contact and found multiple barrels. Aggressive gap to gap approach. Capable in the infield, displayed a velocity of 78 mph; has a natural exchange, developing consistent feet, and soft developing hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. Had a high ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the bag. Capable on the mound, using a consistent arm action he showed developing arm speed from a high ¾ arm angle. Feel type pitcher and showed  some effort. He has uphill shoulders and a consistent balance point. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Threw his fastball 76-77 mph; showed running action and command arm side around the zone. (Max spin 1789; Avg 1644). Has sweeping action and glove side control on his curveball (58-59). (Max spin 1786; Avg 1718). His changeup (68-69) shows gradual fading action and arm side control.
