Stocky right-handed pitcher who showed an improvement since the last time we saw him.The delivery has coil to it and is rotational, meaning he does not gain any distance towards the plate. The fastball touched 75 mph and had arm-side run to it. The breaking ball is 64-65 mph with a nice shape to it. Shows a very good feel for a knuckle ball, the rotation is deadened and its wobbles, sitting in the 63-66 mph range. Threw strikes during the bullpen session and had confidence doing so.

Good feel on the mound as he threw a fastball, slurve, and a knuckle ball, which was legit. The delivery is simple and repeatable as he has a little coil to it and not much front side action. The fastball sat at 77 and was true. The slurve was good and had tilt to it at 69. It could be an out pitch in time. The knuckler had dead rotation and action, sitting at 65 and dancing. Showed a really good feel for his body and his delivery. At the plate, tee exit velocity of 82 from the left side. The swing is simple with minimal movement, the path is flat and he setup with a wide base approach. I like him on the mound.
