River Hart: OF/SS, (2022) Nashua, NH. 6-foot-1, 175-pound mature athletic frame. Above average during batting practice, Hart's best exit velocity was 95 mph. (75.02 mph bat speed average). (23.13 mph hand speed average). Begins in a balanced wide stance with a controlled load, then uses a long stride. Bat speed is explosive above average, exhibits an uphill loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found lots of barrels with loud contact. Aggressive approach. Above average his best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 80 mph; showed soft consistent hands, a clean exchange, and athletic quick feet. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Used a high ¾ slot and a loose arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the base. Performed well in the 60-yard dash, clocking a speedy time of 6.84.

Power: 95 mph exit velocity, average 85.05 mph. 75.02 mph bat speed average. 23.13 mph hand speed average.

Defense:  (OF) Soft consistent hands, athletic quick footwork, clean exchange. Above average.  Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. 

Arm: 80 mph outfield velocity. Loose arm action, high ¾ slot, consistent accuracy. 

Speed: 6.84 (60-yard).

River Hart: OF/3B, (2022) Nashua, NH. 6-foot, 165-pound. Solid during batting practice, the right-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 86 mph. Begins in a wide open stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is quick, has a simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. He created some loud contact and found multiple barrels. Gap to gap approach. Athletic recorded an outfield position velocity of 82 mph; had consistent hands, athletic footwork, and a fluid exchange. Glovework is shown to the side Had a loose arm action and a high ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the base.

Hit: (RHH) Began in a wide open stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick. Quick bat speed. Good extension on his finish, simple swing. Gap to gap approach. 

Power: 86 mph exit velocity, average 78.40 mph. 73.73 mph bat speed average. 20.74 mph hand speed average.

Defense:  (OF) Consistent hands, athletic footwork, fluid exchange. Athletic. Uses his glove to the side. 

Arm: 82 mph outfield velocity. Loose arm action, high ¾ slot, consistent accuracy.

6-foot, 165-pound right-handed hitting outfielder. He had a great showing at this particular event. He ran a 6.75 sixty at the event. The approach in the outfield is athletic and online through the fielding of the baseball. The actions are aggressive and the threw 81 mph from right field to home plate during the defensive portion of the workout. The bat has an exit velocity of 91 mph. The setup is even in base and he uses a pick up and put down of the front foot as the ball approaches the hitting zone. The path is flat and clean to contact. The hands are clean with the bat. The frame could fill out nicely and help aid the development of his game. 

Exit Velocity- 91 mph

OF Velocity- 81 mph

8/18/20

6-foot, 165-pound right-handed hitting infielder and outfielder. He ran a 6.75 sixty at the event. The approach in the outfield is aggressive and he works his feet through the catching of the baseball. He threw 80 mph with carry from right field to the plate at the workout. The approach in the infield is deliberate and under control. The feet have to stay active as he threw 76 mph across the diamond during the infield portion of the workout. The bat has an exit velocity of 90 mph. The setup is even in base and the front foot steps into the swing. The hand path is clean and free through the ball as he shows strong hands. He turned in a solid workout. 

Exit Velocity- 90 mph

INF Velocity- 76 mph

OF Velocity- 80 mph
