The glove is reliable. He threw 78 mph across the diamond from deep at first to third base during the defensive portion of the workout. The bat has an exit velocity of 93 mph. The setup is even in base as he takes a big stride to the ball as it enters the strike zone. The path is clean as the hands are active with the barrel. The frame can add strength to aid in the development of his game. On the mound, he threw 76-76 mph with arm side run to the fastball. The spin pitch was 56-58 mph and big in shape. The changeup is still developing, sitting at 62-63 mph. The delivery is online with the feet and the slot is slightly above 3/4 in height. The lift is solid in tempo and he does a solid job with his direction to the catcher. The arm works well and the frame projects on the mound as well. He turned in a solid workout at the event.
