Projectable and athletic on the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle and a short very quick arm action while showing developing arm speed. Feel type pitcher who uses easy effort. Showed consistent balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 85-86 mph; shows command arm side around the zone and running sinking action. (Max spin 2147; Avg 1984). His changeup (79-80) shows gradual fading action and arm side control. He shows plus tight action and glove side in the zone control on his sharp slider (79-80).
