Mixed in a SPL with late sharp action at 70-72 MPH. The 2020 graduate is a must follow.

At the plate, begins with his feet slightly open in a loose and balanced stance. Hands begin at shoulder height away from the body. Brings his hands back behind his body during his load. Balanced throughout. Fluid load, uses a stride, stays on time. Maintains rhythm, present barrel awareness. Defensively, took reps from the infield and recorded a velo of 77 MPH. Approaches the baseball under control, with proper footwork. Brings the baseball to his midsection where he transfers away from the body. Delivers accurate throws from a 3/4 slot. On the mound, begins on the first base side of the rubber with his feet staggered. Uses a high leg kick before fully engaging his backside. From the stretch, feet are slightly closed while using both a normal leg kick and a knee-to-knee to vary timing. Fastball topped at 82 MPH while sitting 79-81 MPH. FB stayed at the bottom of the zone. Curveball had big 11/5 shape with a tendency to back up a touch at 69-71 MPH. Straight change at 71-72 MPH.
