Marist College recruit. Strong and athletic frame at 5-foot-11, 175-pounds. Ran the 60 yard dash in 6.63 seconds, one of the tops of the event. Recorded an exit velo of 92 MPH, also one of the tops of the day. The left handed hitter starts in a slightly open stance with his knees bent. Bat begins just above shoulder height, and he creates pre-pitch rhythm. Slight bat wrap. Hands move up and back during his load. Average stride, stays on time. Displayed easy bat speed and barrel awareness throughout his round. Consistently strong contact. Explosive hips. Took defensive reps in the outfield and recorded a top velo of 87 MPH. Approached the ball under control, and was able to create momentum after fielding the ball. Used a small crow hop before making strong and accurate throws. Above average carry on his throws.

Mackle is a lean, athletic 5-foot-10 155-pound outfielder with a high ceiling. LH hitter with exceptional bat control and barrel awareness. Mackle's hands and hips are fluid in entirety of his swing.  Lanky frame - interesting follow as he continues to fill out frame.
