Rider University recruit. Heine has a wiry and athletic frame at 6-foot-5, 193-pounds. Starts on the mound with his feet spread apart on the first base side. Long, loose, clean arm action. High 3/4 arm slot. Maintains rhythm and tempo throughout. Creates leverage and downhill angle on his pitches because of his strong brace leg. Even shoulder tilt. Fastball sat 83-84 MPH and touched 85 MPH. Curveball showed short 11/5 shape in the zone at 72-75 MPH. Changeup had both run and fade at 76-77 MPH.
