Burbage has a 6-foot-1, 185-pound lean frame; 3B/SS. Right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 81 mph. Begins in balanced open stance, has a wrapping load and uses a short stride to start his swing. Displays a level swing plane, as well as above average bat speed and a level finish. Stood out as a top performer at the plate during batting practice. In the infield, recorded a position velocity of 80 mph; displayed quick feet, a clean exchange and soft hands. Used a loose arm from a high-3/4 slot. He clocked a 60 time of 7.19 at the event. On the mound, he used an over-the-top arm angle with a short arm action while showing above average arm speed to the plate. He is a tall-and-fall type pitcher. He threw his fastball 80-82 mph; and topped out at 83 mph; shows late life FB. CB had 11/5 action at 68 MPH, too.
