7/16/15 – Lee has a solid build with broad shoulders which could handle additional strength gains. He stands 6-foot-2, 200 pounds. He pitches from a high ¾ arm slot and has a long arm swing on the back end with a slight pause for timing. He has solid tempo mechanically and good rhythm into hand break. He pitched with a firm fastball that became stronger as the 6-batter simulated inning progressed. His velocity ranged between 83 and 87 miles-per-hour and had some late life to it. He also threw a slider that he differentiated very well. He used it for strikes at 72-74 miles-per-hour and out of the zone as an out pitch at 75-76 MPH. It was tilted and late breaking and served as a plus out pitch. Lee should progress into a high level prospect.
