Physical: Lean, 5-foot-10, 160lb frame with athletic features; room to add. 

Pitching: RHP - Begins off of the far left side of the rubber utilizing a well up-tempo delivery to pound the strike zone. Ultra-fast arm from a H ¾ slot and moved fast in space, landing the FB from 85-86 mph with heavy run back across the plate. Mixed a quality 71-73 mph SL that manipulated shape at times and fading 71-73 mph CH that held FB plane until the last second. Will continue adding velo, especially as it warms up.


5-foot-10, 165-pound athletic frame. One of the top overall prospects from the event. At the plate, Specter showed his power in the box with a strong exit velocity of 90 mph. Started in a balanced athletic stance with a smooth load, then used a controlled stride. Has simple loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. He found a few barrels through his round. Line drive approach. Smooth while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 82 mph; showed twitchy hands, a fluid exchange and athletic feet. Using a loose arm action, showed consistent accuracy to the base from a high ¾ slot. Performed well in the 60-yard dash, clocking a speedy time of 6.75. Projectable on the mound, used a loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle while showing quick arm speed. Uses some effort in his delivery. Has athletic balance point and even shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Threw his fastball 84-87 mph and topped out at 88 mph; showed arm side control and running action. Has a 11/5 curveball (73-76) that shows glove side command and late action. Stood out as a player to watch on the mound.


5-foot-10, 160-pound lean frame. On the mound, showed a long arm action and a ¾ angle with quick, athletic arm speed. He is a up-tempo type pitcher. Has an athletic balance point and in line shoulders as he descends down the mound. Displayed an athletic finish and lands square. His fastball was clocked at 83-84 mph with a max of 84 mph; showed some armside life. Has a 10/4 slider 71-73 with sharp, late break. Changeup shaped heavy armside fade at 72-75. One of the top overall performers on the mound from the event.
