Sacco was 2-4 with a double and two RBI, and made an exceptional play on a ball in the hole at shortstop showing a clean and quick exchange with little effort.


Sacco is a stocky, strong build who is a middle infielder/right-handed pitcher. He hits from an athletic, open stance and neutral hands. He has good rhythm in his hands pre-pitch, strides to even, and gets his hands in a good position to hit. He has current bat speed with more to come; bat stays flat through the hitting zone. Very aggressive swinger. I'd be interested to see if he has to cut down on the amount of pre-pitch hand movement as he progresses in levels. Defensively, he has good foot work, is quick through his transfer and throws with smooth actions and a 3/4 arm slot.
