Tagliareni has a lean and athletic frame at 5-foot-9 and 160-pounds. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.52 seconds and had an exit velocity of 73 MPH. At the plate he begins in a balanced position with his hands high above and behind his shoulders with a slight wrap. Hands are locked in position throughout load. Displays a small foot lift and stride. Short, compact swing along with quick hands keep his barrel through the zone. Defensively, Tagliareni recorded 71 MPH from the INF. He showed a fundamental approach to the ball and broke his hands near his mid-section. Quick and athletic movements enable him to get rid of the baseball quickly. Was able to deliver strikes to first with a short arm action and a 3/4 arm slot.
