Has electric bat speed, short simple swing plane and level finish. Produced tons of loud contact and found multiple barrels. Gap to gap approach. the right-handed hitter's 99 mph exit velocity showed his ability to drive the ball with power. From the outfield, he showed the ability to throw at velocities up to 85 mph; has consistent feet, a quick exchange and firm hands. From an-over-the-top slot, showed consistent accuracy to the base with a long arm action. One of the top performers from the event at the plate.

Neri has a physical 5-foot-11, 195-pound frame. During batting practice, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 86 mph. Begins in balanced open  stance, has a smooth load and uses a leg kick to start his swing. Showed quick bat speed and a short, explosive bat path, and he ended his swing with a high finish. Path exhibited a drive the ball approach. In the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 86 mph. Displayed a natural exchange. Used an-over-the-top slot and a long arm action. Throws had carry and were on target. He clocked a 60 time of 7.11 at the event.

Neri has a broad shouldered, athletic frame at 5-foot-11 180-pounds. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.40-seconds and exit velocity topped at 81 MPH. At the plate, Neri starts in a wide, athletic stance with hands above his back shoulder from the right side. As pitch comes in, he uses a foot lift and stride to start his swing as hands load back slightly. Explosive hips and hands through the zone, finishes uphill. From the OF, throws topped at 83 MPH. Long arm action from an over-the-top slot, Neri’s throws were on target with backspin.
