Strong and physical athlete standing at 6-foot-1, 200-pounds. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.78 seconds, top exit velocity of 94 MPH. Starts at the plate in a tall and upright stance. gradual load with a bigger leg kick. Hands begin up high and have minimal movements backwards. Swings with controlled aggression, showing off some advanced barrel awareness. Gets extension in the backside. In the infield, quick on his feet with sound footwork overall. Quick turns. Top velo of 80 MPH on throws to bases. On the bump, Diskin is straight up in the middle of the mound. Works with tempo and purpose, makings of an uncomfortable at-bat. High leg kick, hands mimic the lower half. Longer, clean arm action, showed a couple different slots with multiple pitches. FB showed some true downhill angle at 86-87 MPH, touching 88 MPH. CB had sharp tilt and up-down shape, nearly 12/6, and was 71-72 MPH. SL with true horizontal action and sweep at 69-71 MPH. Straight CH at 73-74 MPH.
