Coppola has a strong and broad-shouldered frame at 6-foot-4, 235-pounds. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.45 seconds. Recorded an exit velo of 81 MPH. Starts in a tall stance with his feet wide. Hands begin high, near the head, and stay locked in position during his load. Back elbow also stays parallel to the ground. Minimal stride. Partially clears his hips. Stays balanced throughout his swing. High finish. Took defensive reps in the infield, recording a top velo of 68 MPH. Moved quick laterally to get to baseballs. Made accurate throws from a low 3/4 arm slot. On the mound, Coppola starts with his feet directly facing the plate. Rhythm throughout the delivery. Slight uphill shoulder tilt. Stride direction in line. Fastball topped at 78 MPH and sat 74-76 MPH. Curveball displayed big 12/6 shape at 61-63 MPH. CB consistently located in the zone.

Slow start to delivery into a tall balance point. Drives down the mound with power from backside and level shoulders at foot strike. Lands slightly closed with foot pointing toward third base dugout. Able to control body on finish with extension over lead leg. High-3/4 slot with long arm action.
