Rappa has an athletic frame at 6-foot, 170-pounds. He sets up on the first base side of the rubber with his feet slightly offset. Slow start to his delivery but is aggressive down the mound after his balance point. Both halves work together, maintains his rhythm and tempo. Slightly closed at footstrike. Strong brace leg. Long and loose action with some whip to his arm. FB showed some real life at 84-85 MPH, touching 86 MPH. SL had a tendency to back up on him, sat 73-75 and was more horizontal than vertical. CH with depth at times at 80-81 MPH.

Strong and athletic build at 6-foot, 170-pounds. High paced, high tempo delivery. Works quickly in segments. High leg kick. Stride direction stays in line. Front side starts high and stays there. Big stride, shows above average extension upon release. Is able to consistently get over his front side. Slight rotational movements to create momentum. Long, loose and whip arm action. Close to a true 3/4 arm slot. FB worked 81-84 MPH with life through the zone. SL showed sharp two plane action at 69-72 MPH, plus at times. CB had bigger, vertical shape at 67-71 MPH. CH showed some run at 74-77 MPH.

5-foot-11, 160-pound athletic frame. Smooth on the mound, showing quick arm speed he used a loose arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Showed easy effort in his delivery. Uphill shoulders with athletic balance point. Lands square with an athletic finish. Sat with his fastball at 81-82 mph and topped out at 83 mph; showed running action and arm side control. Threw a 10/4 slider (70-73) with tight action and glove side command.

Rappa has a 5-foot-10, 160-pound  lean frame. On the mound, he showed a long arm action with a ¾ angle. He is a drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort. Has a tall balance point and uphill shoulders. Lands soft. His fastball sat 80-81 mph. Slider (74-77 mph) showed consistency and pitch ability. His tight curveball (68-71) showed consistent command. His changeup (71-73) showed sinking action. Definite follow prospect.
