Griswold has a 6-foot, 180-pound proportional frame. On the mound, showing quick arm speed he had a short arm action and a ¾ arm angle. He is a drop-and-drive type pitcher. Showed the ability to locate his curveball for a strike at 69-70 mph; shows consistent accuracy and 11/5 action on CB. Fastball at 80-82 mph; a topped at 83 mph. Some arm side run. His changeup (73-73 mph) showed some fade for strikes as well.
