Kacey Chambers is an athletic 5-foot-10, 135 pound SS/OF who is yet to fill out his frame. The right-handed hitter hits from an even stance and stay in between his feet well when hitting. He has a small load of his hands with current bat speed that will pick up as he gets stronger. He has a smooth swing that should translate. He’s a handsy hitter who likes to stay up the middle. Defensively, he does a nice job in the outfield but really looks the part at shortstop. He has quick feet and smooth actions, works through the ball nicely. He has a consistent hand break position and throws from a ¾ arm slot. He needs to work on his ability to throw from multiple arm slots.
