Began in a balanced strong stance with a smooth controlled load, then used a short stride. Has a level swing plane, quick efficient bat speed and good extension on his finish. Was able to create some loud contact and found a few barrels. Gap to gap approach. Behind the plate, his best throw downs of the day reached a max velocity of 74 mph; shows a clean transfer, consistent feet, and sure hands. consistently had pop times of 2.10-2.26. Calm setup with some flexibility. Used uninterrupted slot with a short arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the bag.
