Blake Longbottom: OF/LHP, (2027) Little Miami, OH. 5-foot-7, 140-pound athletic frame. (58.9 mph bat speed average). (18.0 mph hand speed average). Started in a crouched athletic stance with a quick load, then used a controlled leg kick. Has a short uphill swing plane, electric bat speed and good extension on his finish. Barreled up multiple balls with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Confident smooth in the outfield, his best throw of the day was clocked at 75 mph; had fluid footwork, a clean natural exchange, and soft sure hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball to the side. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a loose arm action and uninterrupted slot. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.55. Advanced on the mound, showed a short clean arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with good quick arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort. Showed consistent strong balance point and uphill shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. (Max spin 1973; Avg 1921).

His best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 70 mph. Clocked a time of 7.59 in the 60-yard dash. Projectable above average on the mound, had an over-the-top arm angle and a short consistent arm action with quick arm speed. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who shows easy effort.
