Gavin Susany: RHP/OF, (2025) Olentangy Liberty, OH. 5-foot-10, 145-pound. (61.6 mph bat speed average). (19.5 mph hand speed average). Begins in a tall narrow stance with a quick controlled load, then uses a short quick stride. Has a flat swing plane, efficient developing bat speed and high finish. In the round he found some barrels with some loud contact. Up the middle base hit approach. Athletic capable from the outfield, he displayed a position velocity of 76 mph; had choppy in control footwork, soft sure hands, and a quick twitchy exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were quick athletic. Athletic projectable on the mound, showed quick above average arm speed, also used a long loose arm action with a ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses high effort. Has a low athletic balance point and even in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Has a tight fastball that shows both sides of the plate command and some running action. (Max spin 2197; Avg 2108). His wipeout curveball had sweeping action and around the zone command. (Max spin 2429; Avg 2371). Has a heavy changeup that showed command around the zone and plus sinking action.
