Bat speed was efficient, had a simple loose swing plane and high finish. While catching, his best recorded throw to second was clocked at 77 mph; had a clean transfer, quick footwork, and sure hands. displayed his ability to control the run game with a pop time of 1.99-2.08. Some flexibility and quiet setup. Showed a high ¾ slot with a consistent arm action. Clocked a time of 7.8 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, had a compact arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses easy effort. Shows slight running action. (Max spin 2178; Avg 2076). Threw a 11/5 curveball with gradual action.
