Leonardo Bucco: LHP/1B, (2026) St. Ignatius, OH. 5-foot-8, 140-pound athletic slim build. Begins in an athletic crouched stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Has developing bat speed, uphill swing plane and low finish. Had some loud contact and found some barrels. Up the middle approach. Fluid while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 72 mph; has sure hands, a clean exchange, and consistent feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Decent accuracy to the bases, used a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. Athletic on the mound, used a moderate arm action with a ¾ arm angle while showing consistent arm speed. Tilt-and-topple type pitcher and uses some effort. Showed a consistent balance point. Lands square with recoil finish. (Max spin 1692; Avg 1615).
