Preston Flick: OF/LHP, (2026) Harrison, OH. 5-foot-10, 185-pound. (64.1 mph bat speed average). (18.8 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced strong stance with a compact load, then used a controlled stride. Bat speed was efficient, showed a simple flat swing plane and high finish. Solid from the outfield, he showed the ability to throw at velocities up to 79 mph; has consistent feet, a natural exchange, and sure hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Showed a high ¾ slot and a loose arm action. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.12. On the mound, used a clean arm action with a high ¾ arm angle while showing consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Shows slight running action. (Max spin 2128; Avg 2056). Threw a 1/7 curveball with some action. (Max spin 2126; Avg 2083). Shows late action on his 2/8 slider. (Max spin 2186; Avg 2130).
