2/17/19 Position
Body Type: 5-foot-8 135-pound prospect.
Power: 73 mph exit velocity.
Field: In the infield he showed solid footwork and decent hands. Didn’t take great angles through the ball and had an average release.
Throw: 70 mph across the diamond.
Defensive Projection: Showed some pretty good athleticism, but seemed a little raw from the skill development side of things. Should develop into a guy with the athleticism to play middle infield, but more than likely would be limited to 2B at the next level.
2/17/19
Body Type: 5-foot-8 135-pound prospect.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Throws through a ¾ arm slot with a very tight arm action. Throws from the ear. Shows some drop and drive tendencies in his delivery and shifts his weight relatively well during his delivery.
Fastball: 68-70 mph fastball was mostly true through the zone with some cut at times.
Breaking Ball: 56-58 mph breaking ball showed decent spin with some depth at times.
Changeup: 60-63 mph changeup did show some fade and arm side run.
Pitchability: Average feel of his three pitch mix.
Role; Present stuff would fit best in the bullpen. Fastball and changeup combination paired well together.
