Started in an athletic quiet stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick. Has quick bat speed, loose uphill swing plane and good extension on his balanced finish. Solid while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 79 mph; had sure hands, a natural exchange, and consistent footwork. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Showed a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. On the mound, showed consistent arm speed, also used a loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses easy effort.
