Begins in an open stance with a smooth compact load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is quick explosive, exhibits a short simple swing plane and balanced finish. He found multiple barrels with loud contact. Aggressive gap to gap approach. Confident above average in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 71 mph; showed soft sure hands, fluid feet, and a natural exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used uninterrupted slot and a short very quick arm action. Advanced on the mound, had a ¾ arm angle and a short clean arm action with consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows decent effort. Has a low athletic balance point and even in line shoulders. Lands open with recoil finish. (Max spin 2058; Avg 1949).
