Starts in a quiet strong stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is quick, has a simple upward swing plane and high finish. Solid in the infield, displayed a velocity of 77 mph; has consistent feet, soft hands, and a natural exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Showed a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. Recorded a time of 7.99 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, using a compact arm action he showed consistent arm speed from a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Showed slight running action. (Max spin 1973; Avg 1892). His 11/5 curveball has gradual action. (Max spin 2224; Avg 2121).
