A strong 6-foot, 170-pound two-way player, Duliban was the premier player on Saturday. He started the day off running a 7.27 60 yard dash and soon after showed off his 88 mph arm strength in the outfield. The two tools should allow him to play all over the outfield right now, with right-field potentially being his best fit down the road. At the plate, his base gives him a solid foundation to work with. His ability to generate power from his lower half allows his upper half to work freely with less effort. His swing path is lofty and at times uncontrolled, but with improved bat control he has the makings of being a solid hitter because of his other attributes. On the mound, he is a deceptive short-arming righty, displaying less length out back then in the outfield. He sat in the 79-81 at the EBLO showcase, with a 12-6 breaker that flashes potential. It’s raw on the mound, and refining will be necessary in order for him to locate better, but the pitch mix is interesting. Duliban has upside to be a contributor for the right school at the next level on both sides but is best suited on the position-player side.
