LHH who also will see time in the OF and on the mound. Robichaud is a 6-foot-1, 2000-pound 2021 grad who throws strikes on the mound and has ability to mix up his pitches and be around the zone, working to both sides of the plate. The bat is more up the middle approach and works from a short separation and is more contact instead of selling out for juice. Adequate defender in the outfield, the biggest upside shown is his ability to pitch and hit his spots on the mound with room to add to his numbers with some mechanical adjustments and added strength
Robichaud, a 2021 two-way guy, was an attendee of the New Year Open. At the plate, it’s a lefty swing that produced an 79 exit velo. He looks to use the whole field, and does a solid job of staying through the zone. In the outfield, he was up to 78, which translated to the mound. He was 75-77 on the mound; it’s a deceptive delivery with a short arm action. He also ran a 7.46 60-yard dash.
