Offensively, starts in more upright athletic position with feet just outside shoulders. Loads on to backside with low leg lift and toe tap. Strides from a coiled position to a balanced landing. Fires hips and hands through the baseball. Gap to gap power. Sound pre-pitch with small hop. Uses footwork to get around baseball and come through. Makes a mid-body transfer and gets arm in position to throw while shuffling toward first. Whippy arm action from a compact slot.
