Jack Gannon: OF/RHP, (2022) LaSalle Academy, RI. 6-foot-4, 205-pound lean athletic build. Above average at the plate, the right-handed hitter was ranked 3rd with an exit velocity of 98 mph. (71.42 mph bat speed average). (25.01 mph hand speed average). Begins in a balanced wide stance with a small load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed is above average quick, displays a flat loose swing plane and level finish. He produced loud contact and found lots of barrels. Aggressive approach. Athletic his best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 79 mph; shows a clean exchange, consistent sure hands, and consistent developing feet. Laterally, movements were developing and fielded the ball out front. Showed a loose arm action and a high ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the base. Showed his athleticism during the event with a sub-seven 60 time of 6.99. On the mound, slider (67-69 mph). Produced a fastball that came in at 78-79 mph. (Max spin 1991; Avg 1681).

Power: 98 mph exit velocity, average 91.37 mph. 71.42 mph bat speed average. 25.01 mph hand speed average. Ranks #3 with ev at the event. 

Defense:  (OF) Consistent sure hands, consistent developing footwork, clean exchange. Athletic.  Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. 

Arm: 79 mph outfield velocity. Loose arm action, high ¾ slot, consistent accuracy. 

Speed: 6.99 (60-yard).

FB: T79. 78-79 mph. (Max spin 1991;  Avg 1681). 

SL: 67-69 mph. (Max spin 1681; Avg 1646). 



6-foot-3, 185-pound right-handed hitting outfielder and pitcher. Ran a 7.72 sixty on the laser at the event,. The approach in the outfield is aggressive and online. Threw 78 mph from right field to the plate. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 86 mph. The setup is even in base, uses a pick up and put down of the front foot as the ball approaches the hitting zone. .The bat path is long to the zone. The frame needs strength and additional weight to aid the development process. On the mound, the fastball sat 73-74 mph, minimal arm side action. The spin pitch is 64-66 mph, big in shape. The changeup is 70-71 mph, showed fade at times. The delivery online with feet and above 3/4 in slot. The tracking is done properly and he hammered the strike zone with his pitches. The pace of the delivery is methodical and deliberate.
