5-foot-10, 187-pound, strong, thick, durable pitchers frame. The frame is well proportioned, lower half is strong and the back is wide. A right-handed pitcher, who pounds the zone with three pitches. The delivery is simple, is balanced throughout, repeats it for the most part. The hands start low, work up with his controlled, high leg raise. The separation is on time, front shoulder is strong and stays in line with target. The lead leg has length to the stride, gets squared up to the plate on release. The back side post leg, wants to collapse, loses some power and juice, needs to stay taller throughout. The arm action is longer on the back side, works out of a higher ¾ slot. The fastball was clocked at 74-77 mph, with good action to the arm side. Pounded the fastball to both sides of the plate. Pitched previously to this event, fastball was a tick or two higher, look for the velocity to climb as he physically matures and gets stronger. The breaking ball showed good downward break, clocked at 63-65 mph, thrown for strikes and attacks with it. The changeup had cut action to it, clocked at 68 mph, was located down in the zone. Times to the plate were at 1.28. Good looking young arm, look for the velocity to jump, competes at a very high level.

5-foot-10, 187-pound, strong, wide athletic frame, the shoulders are squared off. The lower body has strength and he looks to be durable. A right-handed pitcher, the delivery is repeatable, it's slightly slower, could pick the tempo up. The hands start at the waist and workup with his leg raise, gets to a good gather, leg raise is high and controlled. The hands separate in the middle of his body. The stride is inline and has length to it, gets hand out front on release, the finish is squared up, uses his entire body to the throw the baseball. The arm action is clean, free and easy on the backside, hides it well behind his body, can't see it until it gets up to release. The arm works out of a natural ¾ slot. The fastball was clocked at 76-78 mph, located down in the zone to both sides, it's heavy with action to arm side. The secondary pitches are advanced, changeup might be his best pitch, clocked at 69-71 mph, proper speed differential, has action and fade to arm side, comes out of the same slot, arm never slows down. The breaking ball had proper 4 seam rotation, spin was tight and had tilt to it, clocked at 66-68 mph. Times to the plate need to be quicker, 1.63, look to get feet closer together in set position, loose a little off the fastball, get separated early. Overall, very good performance, a strike throwing machine, high follow for me.

Stocky right-handed pitcher that displayed a good fastball/changeup approach at Clark. The fastball sat in the 78-80 mph range with arm-side run. The changeup needs a spin fix but the hand speed on the pitch is done properly, pitch sat at 72 mph. Could be a good pitch down the line, cause he is using it as his second pitch now, good approach for his age. The delivery has some effort in it, full leg lift and coil at the top. Tracks to home, but a glove pull takes him off target prior to foot strike. Staying closed longer during the drive to home will help his command and velocity. The arm works out of a slightly higher than ¾ slot. Interested follow, has feel for pitching.
