Bat speed is developing, uses an uphill loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. He barreled up multiple balls with loud contact. Line drive approach. Capable while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 73 mph; had a clean natural exchange, developing consistent footwork, and developing soft hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. From a high slot, showed consistent accuracy to the bag with a loose arm action. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.19. Capable athletic on the mound, showed consistent arm speed, also used a high arm angle with a clean compact arm action. Up-tempo type pitcher and shows some effort. Showed consistent balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Threw his fastball 77-78 mph with a max of 79 mph; has running action and control arm side around the zone. (Max spin 2039; Avg 1989).
