5-foot-11, 165-pound, extremely athletic, fast twitch athlete. Wiry strong, has plenty of room to fill out. Defensively, shows above average actions with serious life and bounce to his step. The hands are soft, fields the ball out front, gets around the ball and uses his legs very well when fielding. The arm action is short and very quick in the back side. The ball comes out of his hand with easy effort and was clocked at 84 mph across the diamond. Double play feeds from both sides of the bag are advanced and footwork is very quick. Offensively, a right-handed hitter, the stance is slightly shorter, stride has a small leg kick, and he gains ground with it. The hands are loose, they stay back, swing path is level to up and he has a gap to gap approach. The tee exit velocity was 86 mph. In game swings were good, ball jumps off his bat with backspin and carry. Times down the line are good, ran 4.3 with easy effort. High level player, above average athleticism, future could be behind dish with how quick he is in parts of his game.
