Displays above average bat speed and a flat swing plane, and he ends his swing with a high finish. In the infield, displayed a velocity of 74 mph across the field; hands were raw and his feet were rhythmic. Showed a consistent arm action with a ¾ slot. In the 60-yard dash, he recorded a time of 7.65. On the mound, he used a side arm angle and a loose arm action while showing quick arm speed. He is a tilt-and-topple type pitcher who uses some effort in his delivery. When he stayed on top of his slider (70-71 mph), his location was consistent; sweeping slider shows some action. His fastball was clocked at 73-74 mph; with a max of 75 mph; tailing fastball shows some accuracy. His 63-64 mph curveball had depth when he located it low in the zone.
