Position: SS/2B; showed a solid skillset that suggests he could play either position up the middle. Could also add additional strength/mass as he develops and slide over to 3B.
Body: 5 foot 11, 150 pound slim frame. Substantial physical projection remaining.
Hit: Slightly open stance, short quick stride gets back to parallel. Hands end in a deep position over the back foot at launch creating a slight arm bar. Showed good feel for the barrel and a naturally level bat path with a slight uphill finish and high two hand follow through extension.
Power: 82 mph exit velocity. Contact first approach, plenty of low line drives in his BP rounds.
Defense: Smooth footwork, puts himself in a good fielding position. Consistent twitchy exchange at the belt gets the ball out quickly. Athletic at the edges of his range, showed ability to play both positions up the middle and slide over to 3B if necessary.
Arm: 81 mph infield velo. Plenty of carry to stick on the left side. Compact arm action with quick arm speed and an OTT arm slot. Accurate throws from multiple arm slots.
Run: 7.20 sixty time. Avg. start with lengthy strides. Good runner underway, instincts help the speed play up in game.
