Athletic stance, balanced, rhythm in hands, drops into lower hitting slot, flat bat path, consistent solid gap to gap contact, 81 mph exit velocity. Solid athlete in field, works through ball, quick release, avg/solid accuracy and carry to target, 80 mph arm from outfield.

6/14/17- 6-foot, 155-pound right-handed hitting 3-way player. 7.01 runner. Tall athletic setup, some stiffness to swing, produces solid bat speed, mid/pull approach with flashes of pop in bat, 81 mph exit velocity. Athletic actions in outfield, aggressive routes, plays through ball with quickness, throws have carry and accuracy with 79 mph arm from outfield. On mound; simple mechanics out of strength, quick arm with extension out front, hides ball from hitter. 74-76 mph fastball has late cutting action for strikes. 62-65 mph curveball has tight rotation, short sideways break, with above avg. depth. 65-66 mph changeup has above avg. late fade. Strong follow in 2020 class.

7/20/16- Pre-set hands, short stride, collapses in swing, changes eye levels effecting contact, barrel is out and around, flashes loft pop to pull side, spray contact. Active in outfield, avg. throwing footwork, longer arm action, accurate to target. Some action in infield, stops to field occasionally, glove is usable, fields and moves better laterally, short quick release with accuracy to bag. On mound; controlled delivery, short stride/ lands across body, with upright finish. Fastball has cut action for strikes. Flat action on breaking ball with inconsistent shape. Changeup is flat with avg. feel for zone.
