5-foot-9, 175-pound right-hander put together a solid resume this summer with Mad Mavericks.  Wiry, high-waisted frame with lanky limbs and some projection.  Quirky delivery that can be disruptive to hitters, but repeats well given all the moving parts.  Stab-like compact arm action, hiding the baseball well while working up to over the top slot.  FB mostly sits 78-82 before working up to 81-84 at Lakepoint in July, so there is more in the tank.  Seltz can pitch it a bit with barrel dodging FB and spiffy 11/5 action CB at 67-70 with late bite. The CB plays with feel and swing n’ miss potential while generating a deceptive tunnel off the FB.  Occasionally mixes a 73-75 mph CH as a developing third offering.  A small school product that brings an intriguing two-pitch combo and disguises his sequences well.
