12/19/15 - The 6-foot-3, 160-pound prospect with a tall/lanky build throws from a ¾ arm slot with average arm speed and long arm action, opens hips early on occasion which leads to missing up and arm-side with pitches, ¾ slot produces significant arm-side run on both the fastball and changeup, fastball sat at 74-76 mph, curveball sat at 63-64 mph with 1/7 shape and gradual action. Haynes changeup sat at 70-72 mph with near fastball arm speed. While his velocity is average, Haynes can be an effective lefty at the next level with the significant movement of his pitches.
