10/24/14 - A 6-foot-2, 215 pound right handed power pitcher Everett sits 92-95, touching 96. Pitches with some effort. When his fastball is down, it shows some life but shows a tendency to keep it up. Slider is a sharp pitch, 79-82 with hard break away from righties. Shows a curveball with shape & depth. Flashes a change-up at 83 that he should become more comfortable going to as it develops. Improved command will make him a consistently dominant force. Everett has committed to play for Vanderbilt.

6/26/14 - Everett has a strong frame and pitches with an up tempo delivery and some effort. His fastball sat 92-94 at the Tournament of Stars with some run. His slider lacked depth, but has power and sharpness at 79-82. He also mixed in a changeup in the low 80s.
