Lincoln Memorial University commit. 5-foot-8, 150-pound frame. Tremendous day at the plate on Monday (9/23) of bracket play. The hit tool was obvious as the three barrels spoke for themselves. A wider base with hands reared-back at his ear. Minimal load with a simple toe-tap to a small front-foot weight shift, and a strong lower-half that pairs well nicely to get behind the barrel with power. Hitting in the two-spot and feasted when he had runners in scoring position. Showcased mid-to-low 90 exit velocities. Made great adjustments with two-strikes and had a very mature and patient approach at the dish.

Gabe Gray, Green Hill (TN), 2025 Positional Profile: SS/OF Body: 5-10, 160-pounds. Compact and strong frame with present muscle build with plenty of room for added size. Hit: RHH. Athletic base with a slight open footed stance. Hands start close to ear with bat head facing south. Gets into his load with working his bat head north with a leg kick and back-loading his energy. Uphill bat path and can lose his barrell face with a downward angle through the hitting zone. Can pull off at time and get on top of the baseball for a dominate groundball approach. 70.2 mph bat speed with 12 G's of rotational acceleration. Power: 92 max exit velocity, averaged 88.0 mph. 319' max distance. Arm: RH. INF-85 mph. Arm works with his body. Looks smoother working to his glovehand. Works well over his front side with effortless velocity. Arm looks to contain more whippiness in there. Defense: Works well through the baseball and gets his glove out in front. Attacks the baseball with smooth actions. Stays low when recieving with balance. ATH: 6.84 runner in the 60. 1.61 in the 10 yard split.
