9/30/18 - Home-1st: 4.69, Pop Time: 2.10-2.13, Position Velocity:  C-72, Exit Velocity: 81
6-foot-1, 185-pound, RHH showed the ability to catch and throw.  Medium, sturdy frame w/ present lower half strength, some upper body projection.  Offensively, hits w/ a straight on, slightly crouched stance w/ hand rhythm into shift of weight w/ short crouch, short stride and little hand load.  Generates bat speed through the zone.  Head changes height consistently, can make it appear the baseball has late life in the zone.  Learning to get lower half consistently involved, occasional hip leak.  Pull oriented approach w/ lot of line drives when right.  Projectable pull power.  Defensively, presents a solid target w/ big glove and short glove rest.  Demonstrative with his glove, makes sure the pitcher knows exactly where he wants it.  Can set his initial target a hair lower, is set up just above the hitter’s knees as opposed to just below the hitter’s knees, will allow him to steal the low strike more consistently.  Shows ability to stick the baseball.  Agile behind the plate, shows ability to box the baseball.  As a thrower, shows solid footwork w/ projectable carry to target arm strength.
9/4/16 - Max FB: 74, FB: 71-74, CB: 64-65, CH: 66-67,
5-foot-11, 160-pound, RHP begins his delivery with very little movement, keeps hands and head still throughout rocker step and leg lift, keeps hands relatively high and reaches back with the ball to create a longer arm action, over the top arm slot created more of a downward angle on his pitches toward the plate, stride foot landed slightly closed and only fell slightly toward 1B on his finish.  Fastball was mostly straight but was left up in the zone a lot, curveball showed 11/5 shape with gradual movement through the zone.

9/4/16 - Home-1st: 4.82, Pop Time: 2.15-2.32, Position Velocity:  C-69, Exit Velocity: 76
5-foot-11, 160-pound, RHH hit from a balanced and even stance with relatively high hand placement and some consistent pre-pitch movement, uses a short and early leg kick with a push back and slight wrap of his bat to get loaded, lower half gets through and almost over-rotates at times but keeps him fairly tall, hands drop into a decent slot and come relatively flat through the ball, pulled a lot of balls in BP.  Defensively, showed above average hands and average footwork as he can improve his quickness, did get in good positions and used a clean transfer to set up a short and over-the-top arm action that got the ball to 2B.
